Requirements:
Must have official admission into the MBBS program at Tristate College of Medicine and Health Sciences, Hillside University of Science & Technology.
Must demonstrate outstanding academic merit (SSCE, UTME/Post-UTME, or equivalent).
Maintain a minimum CGPA of 4.0/5.0 each academic session.
Commit to clinical rotations, internships, and community service at Tristate Hospitals.
Uphold integrity, discipline, and professional ethics.
Must be medically fit and provide a valid fitness report.
Must be a citizen or legal resident of Nigeria (or host country).
Financial need may be considered if academic standards are met.

Complete the Tristate Scholarship Application Form (available via the College or Hospital portal).
Submit supporting documents:
Provisional admission letter
Academic transcripts and certificates
Valid ID (National ID, Passport, etc.)
Two recommendation letters (academic and character references)
Shortlisted candidates may attend a written or oral interview with the Tristate Scholarship Committee.
Renewal is annual, based on:
Minimum CGPA of 4.0
Positive service evaluation at Tristate Hospitals
Annual performance report endorsed by the College
Suspension or Withdrawal Conditions:
Academic underperformance
Misconduct or rule violations
Refusal of assigned service duties
Withdrawal or expulsion from the College
Service Bond:
Recipients must serve at Tristate Hospitals for four (4) years after graduation and internship.
In case of default, the full scholarship value must be refunded.
Alumni Engagement:
Tristate maintains an alumni registry to track performance, foster mentorship, and celebrate excellence.
